Guided Meditation
Gentle guided meditation sessions for rest, clarity and nervous-system regulation — whether you're new to the practice or deepening it.
Meditation is the practice of resting in awareness — not forcing the mind to be empty, but learning to sit with whatever arises, gently and without judgement.
What to expect
We sit together (on a cushion or a chair, whatever's comfortable) and I guide you through a simple practice — usually breath awareness or body scan. Sessions are gentle and accessible, with space for silence and questions.

- Time to share or ask questions afterwards
Who it's for
Anyone curious about meditation, whether it's your first time or you have an established practice and want some guidance. You don't need to "be good at it" — there's nothing to achieve.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing. Cushions and chairs are provided.
