Hatha yoga is the foundation of my movement practice. Classes are slow, intentional and grounded — a space to reconnect with your body and breath.

What to expect

Each session weaves together physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and moments of stillness. I guide you to move at your own pace, with options for every level.

Everyone. Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a slower, more mindful practice, you're welcome.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat.
