Hatha yoga is the foundation of my movement practice. Classes are slow, intentional and grounded — a space to reconnect with your body and breath.
What to expect
Each session weaves together physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and moments of stillness. I guide you to move at your own pace, with options for every level.

What to bring
Comfortable clothes. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat.
